Back Bay Flat
A few small renovations is all that was needed for this new modern space with stunning views of Newbury Street and the Boston Public Garden. With the addition of a walk-in wine room and illuminated onyx drinks bar, this open floor plan became the perfect entertaining space.

Nantucket Cottage
Located on the island of Nantucket, half a mile from cobblestoned Main Street, a complete renovation was needed to create the perfect holiday spot for this family. The original 1848 cottage maintained its original footprint with a few exceptions such as a “maintenance- free” bluestone patio and a nautical themed bunk room. This home is the perfect mix of traditional Nantucket architecture and decor with some more contemporary art and decor.

Cambridge Historic District
Originally designed by the prominent architecture firm Cabot, Everett and Mead, a colonial revival home from 1842 underwent a complete refurbishment. Interior architectural changes were made for entertaining and everyday living for a young family. An exterior porch and outdoor fireplace were added just outside Harvard Square.

Back Bay Brownstone
A decorative renovation of a traditional brownstone mixing the client's inherited antique furniture with some newer pieces. The juxtaposition of old world furniture with new lighting and custom rugs brought new life to this historic home. The project included a full renovation of the roofdeck to create a fun entertaining space, complete with a firepit and cooks kitchen.

Harvard Square Pied-à-Terre
This 80’s style condo just steps away from Harvard University, required a bit of re-working. As this was to be a respite from college life, a sophisticated but comfortable vibe was created for this space. With the addition of an open concept first floor - equipped with a new kitchen and a floating steel staircase, the couple enjoys weekend visits with their collegiate children.

Suburban Shingle Style Home
This circa 1900 shingle style home was preserved in its historic aspects, as well as completely renovated, seamlessly doubling the size of the house over the course of two years. A family of 7 relocated here from Bermuda.

Boston Common Maisonette
A traditional duplex given a modern face lift for a London based banker. Keeping the classical millwork in tact, we chose to mix in stream lined furniture, accents, and window treatments to bring this maisonette into the 21st century.

Beacon Hill Townhouse
Over the course of a two year historic refurbishment, this circa 1824 5-story home was given new life for a young family relocating from overseas. The clients wanted to create a traditional Beacon Hill period home with comfortable rooms for their growing family. The double fronted second floor drawing room is used for adult entertaining with an entire kid friendly “ club house” at the lower level.

Gulfstream Oasis
A seaside escape for a London based investment banker. This contemporary luxury waterfront condo provides the perfect serene retreat. We made sure home didn't feel too far away with a custom Sloane Square neon sign and classical English design astetics throughout the space.

Chestnut Hill Home
This Chestnut Hill family home was ready for a chic update. The client had serveral existing pieces of incredible modern art that we wanted to make the focal point within our design schemes.

Brookline Abode
These clients wanted to juxtapose traditional and contemporary design, which we loved creating. Their willingness to experiment with shapes and textures made the project that much more intriguing.

Commonwealth Brownstone
A full architectural rennovation - over a year and a half - for a young family. We combined the traditional bones with more modern design for a functional space for which to entertain.

Coastal Home
Brand new construction on an existing footprint, situated on the most quintessential of Cape Cod bluffs. Incorporating subtle nautical hints, as well as blues and greens from the surrounding landscape became the driving force behind the design and decor of this family’s summer home.

Key Largo Compound
Phase one renovations of a circa 1980’s waterfront home. The design incorporated subtle nods to typically southern architecture such as a wrap around porch. Long term KPI clients, this family of five escapes here during the brutal New England winters. We look forward to working with them to complete phase two in the coming months.

Charleston Single House
This charming circa 1790 home, located South of Broad in the Charleston Historic District, is undergoing renovations currently. Working with another longterm client, we look forward to making this a sophisticated yet comfortable “winter escape”.

Nantucket Captain's House
Located in the Historic District of Nantucket, this project was both a historic preservation and renovation of a circa 1760 Sea Captain’s home. This was a wonderfully challenging project, finding a balance between restoring this home to its original glory yet updating it to the standards of 21st century living.
