Our Gulf Stream client had spent many years abroad and wanted to incorporate the essence of his favorite dining city into his new home in the form of a Parisian banquette.

KPI added walnut paneling with antique mirror inserts and a ledge for lots of candlelight dinners. A custom upholstered banquette in chocolate brown leather surrounds a deco racetrack table that extends for plenty of entertaining. The campaign chairs are a nod to the coastal setting, but add a course of moules-frites and you would never know you weren't in the sixth arrondissement!

The wet bar is what separates the kitchen from the dining space. After the rendering, we added in curio cabinets to display our clients china and glassware. The bright space was made complete with a full mirror backsplash to reflect all the natural light this home had to offer.
